2012 has begun and I'll start out by wishing you a Happy New Year!
I went to Watch Service with my mother tonight. It was a good way to end 2011 and to step into 2012.
On the way home there were people shooting guns and fireworks booming in the skies. It sounded like we were in a war zone instead of a celebration.
I do not make New Year resolutions. I believe that this is not the way to make changes. When the need or desire rises up within my thoughts or life is when I decide what must be done. I already have situations that have begun the process of creating new Pearls of Wisdom for me. For the moment I am content to just savor over the goodness of being alive and well. I have no idea what this year is going to bring into my personal experiences. Whatever happens during the next twelve months, I am going to have to deal with that situation when it arrives.
