This morning I woke up with a headache. The result of sleeping in a position that yields this result from time to time. It takes about an hour to work of the pain. This morning it was intense and I decided to cool out while the pain subsided.
NPR was featuring Paul Winter's Winter Solstice Concert 2011. I was listening to the program and enjoying the global sound of the music. Then I heard the most amazing song that I have heard in a long time. The Rain Has Come and Gone.
It is such an inspirational piece of music! The lyrics and the vocalist really moved my spirit. I knew that I had to have a copy of this particular number. Even though there are many nice songs performed, this is the one that made a cold, achy winter morning feel much better.
